  • Intern’s Basic Training Allowance
    First 6 months is 12.371.06DKK per month (before taxes)
    7-18months of work14.350,21DKK per month (before taxes)
    7-18months of work, if the the intern is over 25years old 16.613,39DKK per month (before taxes)

    WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

    Age

    Age between 18-29 years at the start of your internship program

    Current student

    You must prove your qualifications with diploma/letter of enrollment and educational transscript. You must be enrolled in 2nd year of your education

    English skills

    You must be able to speak english, and hold a certificate IELTS 3.0 / KET A2 / TOEFL above 60

    WHAT IS THE PROCESS

    Requirements

    Make sure you fulfill all requirements for your choosen internship program

    VISA application

    We will generate a case-ID for you and you need to fill in the relevant information.

    Pay VISA fee directly: approx €640

    Processing time: approx 2 months

    Arrival in Denmark

    A representative from us or your employer will pick you up at the airport

    You return home to finish your education.

    Biometrics

    When your VISA is ready, go to consulate: VFS Global application centre in Makati and get biometrics. We can assist booking an appointment and you need to pay directly to the consulate: approx €250

    Internship

    You will work as an intern with monthly salary and accommodation closeby

    Finding match

    After receiving your CV, we will search for your best match. We will ensure legal and signed contract.

    Booking a flight

    When VISA is ready, buy a flight ticket to Denmark and also secure a return ticket

    End of Internship

    After your internship, let's have a chit-chat re: your experience. We will provide you an internship certificate and recommendation letter.

    Important Message from EuroAsia

    • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and any incorrect or misleading information may lead to legal consequences, such as refusal of visa application, temporary residence and work permit
    • All fees are non-refundable, and the applicant must be in good health, free from any conditions that could impair work performance. Withholding information about health issues can result in the cancellation of internship agreement
    • Incomplete applications will not be processed, we must have all required documents

    HOW ABOUT REGISTRATION IN DENMARK

    We will assist you to process the necessary documents in Denmark:


    CPR Number

    • Work permission and COPY
    • Employment contract and COPY
      • Registration certificate (EU residence document)
      • Original passport/ID card and its COPY
      • Proof of your address in Denmark and its COPY
      • Original marriage certificate and its COPY if you are married (even when your partner is not coming to Denmark with you)
      • Divorce/death certificate if you are a widow (er)


    Clinic

    Next step: CPR Number -> Clinic

    When you receive your CPR Number, we advise that you choose a clinic online close to your workplace. Fill in correct information, the health insurance card or the so-called yellow card will be send via post


    MIT ID

    Next step: CPR Number -> Clinic -> MIT ID

    MIT ID is your digital ID during your stay in Denmark. You can obtain MitIDthrough your bank or citizen service centre (Borgerservice) in your municipality. You use MitID when you have to transfer money using online banking, or read your digital post or use self-service solutions like eboks


    Bank account

    Next step: CPR Number -> Clinic -> MIT ID -> Bank account

    Requirements:
    - ID/passport/driving license
    - Documentation in Denmark (CPR, MIT ID, Registration documents)
    - Employment Contract

    Requirements vary. Send you bank account to your employer for your salary and the state (e.g. tax refund)


    Residence Card (Pink Card)

    Next step: CPR Number -> Clinic -> MIT ID -> Bank account -> SIRI

    Application at SIRI, when you apply for CPR number, your accommodation/address is directed to SIRI and you will receive your residence card or the so called pink card within 2 weeks. If you don’t receive your residence card after 8 weeks, call SIRI office at +45 71 14 20 03


    Tax

    You have an obligation to pay your taxes. Tax will automatically be deducted from your salary, so it is important you manage you tax yourself via skat.dk so you don't pay too much or too little. Read more: www.skat.dk Danish Tax System.


    Language School

    Language school is free! so we strongly suggest that you attend Danish language school to improve your knowledge about Denmark, and it’s always a win to learn additional language.

    HOW ABOUT BASIC NEEDS?

    Room Rental 200-250€ per month (inc. internet, water & heat)

    Food/Grocery stores: There’s a lot to choose from and every week you can find special offers and on sale food products
    Mobile phone: It’s a good idea to get a Danish number


    Tips from EuroAsia:


    • Do your own research to ensure a smooth transition with regards to cultural preparation and work place culture in Denmark, work environment is typically informal.  Learning by doing is the name of the game. It's a 'wow' if you can practice and memorize some basic Danish words and phrases from YouTube


    • Reflect on your experience, document the skills you learned and goals you achieved.
      Learn as a student, act as an employee, and more importantly – chill, be happy and inject a good dose of sense of humor day in and day out!
